What are your opening hours?
We are here to serve you on the days:
Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Sunday and holidays, we remain closed.
You speak English?
Yes. Our medical and reception staff are fluent in English, for the convenience of our English-speaking clients.
Does DERMANTRA have other branches?
Not.
At the moment we are only at our branch in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato located in Plaza Alhóndiga Exit to Celaya #1 Loc. N1, 37700
Can I schedule, cancel or confirm my appointment via Messenger, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, Mail or SMS?
To provide you with better and faster attention, we do not schedule appointments on any of our social networks, by mail or via SMS.

Do you provide dermatological care to children and the elderly?
The dermatology it is the branch of medicine that is in charge of the study, knowledge and treatment of diseases or conditions of the skin, therefore, we treat all types of cases in people of any sex or age. This includes children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
Can I send photos or symptoms via social networks for an online diagnosis?
Not. The diagnosis of any skin problem must be done in person.
We do NOT perform diagnostics by any online or remote means, either our website, social networks or by phone.
